These terms govern your use of wfxcu.shop and any order you place through it. By placing an order you accept these terms.
1. Who we are
wfxcu.shop is operated by WFXC LTD, company number 17269281, registered in England and Wales, registered office 21 Cavendish Road, Chesham, HP5 1RW, England.
2. Prices
All prices are shown in pounds sterling (GBP). WFXC LTD is not currently registered for VAT, so no VAT is charged and none is recoverable on these prices. Delivery is charged separately as set out in our Shipping Policy.
3. How a contract is formed
Your order is an offer to buy. We accept it when we send you a dispatch confirmation email — at that point a contract exists between us. If we cannot fulfil an order we will tell you and refund any payment in full.
4. Dye lots and knit variation
Cotton jersey is a natural fabric dyed in lots. Two pieces of the same colour name can differ slightly in depth, and grey marl varies more than solid grey because the yarn blends dyed and undyed fibre. Loopback and fleece soften and relax with washing, and a small amount of surface fuzz on brushed faces is normal. These are characteristics of the fabric rather than faults, and are not covered as defects — but anything genuinely wrong with a seam, band or zip is, and we will replace or refund it. Dispatch takes 2-4 working days.
5. Availability and pricing errors
Product availability and pricing may change. If we discover an error in the price of goods you have ordered, we will contact you to confirm whether you wish to proceed at the correct price or cancel for a full refund.
6. Cancellation and returns
Your cancellation and return rights are set out in our Returns and Refunds Policy and are not limited by these terms.
7. Our liability
We are responsible for foreseeable loss and damage caused by us. We are not liable for loss that was not foreseeable, or for business losses. Nothing in these terms excludes or limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud, or for any liability that cannot lawfully be limited.
8. Your personal data
We handle personal data as described in our Privacy Policy.
9. Governing law
These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales and disputes fall to the courts of England and Wales. If you live elsewhere in the United Kingdom you may bring proceedings in your own jurisdiction.
10. Changes
We may update these terms. The version in force is the one published on this page when you place your order.
