Why does dispatch take 2-4 working days?
Everything listed on the site is in stock in Chesham. We pick, check and dispatch orders in 2-4 working days by tracked Royal Mail. Delivery costs £3.50, or nothing at all once your basket reaches £50. You will get a tracking link by email as soon as the parcel leaves us.
Can I change or cancel after ordering?
Email support@wfxcu.shop as soon as possible. If the run has not started we can amend or cancel. Once it has, you can still return the item under our returns policy.
Do you restock sold-out styles?
Sometimes. Because runs are small, a colour may not return in the same shade. Email us about a specific style and we will tell you whether it is scheduled again.
Sizing and materials
How do I choose a size?
See the size guide. If your measurements fall between two sizes, use the flat garment table rather than guessing. Tees and vests are close-cut, sweatshirts and zip tops already carry 16-22cm of ease.
Why does the colour look slightly different from the photo?
Batches are dyed separately and screens vary. Small differences in tone are normal for cutting and sewing and are not a fault. If a piece is clearly not as described, our returns policy covers it.
What fibres do you use?

Will I pay customs charges?
Orders outside the UK may attract import duty or tax set by the destination country. Those are the recipient’s responsibility — we cannot calculate or refund them.

How long do I have?
30 days from delivery to change your mind, 30 days to reject faulty goods for a full refund. Full detail in the returns policy.
Care
How should I wash my WFXC jersey?
See the care guide. Wash at 30C inside out with similar colours, using a detergent without optical brighteners on blacks. No fabric softener and no bleach. Line dry in the shade or dry flat, reshaping cuffs and hems while damp. Tees and sweatshirts can tumble dry low; anything with elastane, including all support layers, must air dry.
